Two stubborn teeth pulled because their heftier replacements were making their way in. Unfortunately I don&#039;t remember a tooth fairy visit. (Well, I *was* in high school) At that point I think the tooth fairy just hands you off to your parents and says, &quot;Give &#039;er some ice cream.&quot;
