I had the exact same thing done once. Two stubborn teeth pulled because their heftier replacements were making their way in. Unfortunately I don’t remember a tooth fairy visit. (Well, I *was* in high school) At that point I think the tooth fairy just hands you off to your parents and says, “Give ‘er some ice cream.”

I do like ice cream.
