We picked up the kids’ Christmas present today. It’s a cocker spaniel puppy and we have named him Boone. He’s about six weeks old and is really really cute. Here’s a photo of him as he’s asleep in his “house.”

wow, you got a dog! did the kids get to help pick him out or was it a surprise?
It was kind of both. We had brought the kids to see the puppies on Monday night, but I surprised them with one on Tuesday. They were … thrilled, to say the least.
I am sure the kids were thrilled. I am guessing the wife was less so. Good luck!
Have fun with him… I personally will stick to my cows.. they stay outside and poop wherever they want! I’m happy for the members of the Aubornes that are excited!
