This weekend I decided to start playing around with a way to display my photos.  I have wanted to build a photo gallery but didn’t want to use Menalto Gallery again.  I even looked at Coppermine again but decided to go with something completely different. I talked with one of my friends and he directed me to Flex.  I’ve never done anything with Flex before and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up very quickly.  Adobe Flex Builder really made it straigtforward. I’m going to continue using the 60 day trial version, but I’m sure I’ll end up spending the $250 when the trial version expires.
